Raffle Terms & Conditions
- By entering the raffle you agree to these terms and conditions.
- All entries must be received by 11:59 pm CT on October 24, 2022.
- Only one entry per person.
- No purchase is necessary.
- One winner will be selected at random and will be notified on or after October 25, 2022.
- The name, email, and phone number of the winner must be provided for prize fulfillment.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry.
- Employees of WoodgeniX are not eligible to enter.
- WoodgeniX will not be held liable for any failure to receive entries.
- WoodgeniX’s liability under or in connection with the raffle or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
- The Prize ($100 gift card) is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
- WoodgeniX reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- WoodgeniX reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
- The winner’s name or likeness may be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
